Actually it just happened here - the remote for the TV box turns it to white screen...

Looks they are moving in the right direction with i2s out Seeteeyou.
Only downside is the 10Mhz clock which will go through PLL to synthesize 22 & 44Khz clock frequencies for audio playback.

If it was produced with MCLK in requiring 22 or and 24Mhz clock input then it would be neat and I would be interested.

My current reference system uses the 3.75 reference SD Player with I2s tapped off the board, the on board clocks disabled with Andrea Morei latest clocks feeding the Player. It produces the best digital playback I have ever heard.

Interesting to see ongoing work on the SD cards. As Sligolad says, not being able to feed the clocks directly is a fair disadvantage for the highest end return.

Kia ora

It's time to move on from my MacBook Pro as source.
I considered a Mac Mini, but that still limits the quality possible.

I'm looking for a network player that has a micro sd input, mainly to keep the cost down.
Also be able to stream from Tidal, Qobuz etc.

I'd then feed it to a Hiface Evo Two/Clock via USB, to modded LKS DA-004 Dac, Perreaux amp and ATC SCM19v2 speakers.

Any suggestions?
I'm probably not looking for a Raspberry Pi type of set up.
