I didn't know that the 24 pin can be this simple!!!

see
its the same only should handle the currents better

But, there is no more jumper wires!nige2000 wrote:its in the first postsima66 wrote:I didn't know that the 24 pin can be this simple!!!

That I didn't know!
I actually compared to that same picture, as I planed in the future to simplify my 24 pin.

Re: AUDIO PC: Direct power to motherboad 24 and 4pin (picole
potentially there could be a current limiting factor only connecting to some of the pins

Make sense, the specific leads in the mobo will have to take more current, more load.nige2000 wrote:potentially there could be a current limiting factor only connecting to some of the pins

Re: AUDIO PC: Direct power to motherboad 24 and 4pin (picoless)
Hi,
my first post!
...how do I measure the amperage of the 3.3v/5v/12v 24 pin ATX mobo input please?
I have a UNI-T UT71B DMM.
Please be patient as I have learning difficulties and sometimes absorb information in unusual ways!
Many thanks!
Cheers!

Well u could just assume you need 5a for each rail
That will be a safe enough bet
Not enough amperage symptoms is not booting up and or boot looping
