Gorecki, best known for his Symphony No. 3 `Symphony of Sorrowful Songs' died today. Irish Times report

I have always enjoyed Gorecki's music since I first discovered him many years ago....I think that he leaves a fine legacy behind.

I am only familiar with his Third Symphony and what a marvelous piece of music it is too. May he Rest In Peace.

Symphony of sorrowful Songs is one of my top 5 albums ever.
