The "blueprints" that I posted are the masterpieces! :)
Did you meant adding another switch like this:
Yea less chance if a short
But it wouldn't bother me for my own use
Them switches are expensive
I have two extra switches so that is not a problem.
The problem is that I will have to use a longer leads for the wires from batteries to device if I use that "extra"switch! The arrangement will not be as simple as is in the picture.
When we say short as possible DC wires from battery to device, does that apply to both (+ and -), or just +?

Would that affect the SQ .......or burn my house?
thats fine too with a switch:)

Thanks Nigel,
I meant everything the same (like in the last "blueprint"). The wires will be taken directly from the 3.3v Reg from TeraDak and connected to the switch.
This way it will be much simpler for me and much less parts! :)
Would be a 13"-14" long wire between the battery and device be to long and make audible difference compared to 3-4" long?
The reason I'm asking this is because I'm making my PC box and now I'm doing the "arranging&planing" and drilling the inside of it!
The more info I have now - the more hair I will have latter! :)
