Isn´t it beautiful Fergus? The playing of the wonderful Dresden orchestra, so cultured, so Old World in the best sense [we in the New World adore Old World stuff he,he].
And so characterful, I think Sinopoli let´s things happen without interfering, as Kubelik famously did.

Yes, a fantastic set Pepe! I finished off with Symphonies 2, 3 & 4 tonight; the playing was marvellous. This set is a great recommendation.
