I remember hearing an interview that that BBC Radio did with one of the children (then grown up by that stage) on that sleeve. I don't remember much of the detail of the interview at this stage but he was very interesting and spoke about the suits that they had to wear and how bad the weather was. Must be great to be able to talk first hand about an experience like that!
