Are you trying to flash or just run it from SD?

You are doing the boot-from-SD trick?

I did nothing special:
Download image
Format sd card with sdformat
Use win32diskmager to write image to sd
Boot from sd (keep boot button pressed until one of the user leds comes on)

I did flash the latest Angstrom distro beforehand but that shouldn't matter

And that's it.

Ah I just edited my message and crossed yours.

The 0.2 beta from the site just works fine for me, so the distro is OK.

You do the keep-boot-button-pressed-until-the-leds-burn?
Did you format the SD card before burning the image, it formats as a FAT32: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/format ... a_windows/

Did you use the recommended imagewriter?
Did you use the same card(type) as the one that did work with Volumio?
( I use Samsung 8GB cards http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/memo ... ccessories )

What is the issue? I could configure and send you a working sdcard if it would help...

Oh - I see now it is a BBB issue. Can't offer much help in fact there - mine doesn't arrive until middle of the month now.

Hope you get it sorted by then - you can help me!

I'm on to the beagle bone now it's the one I can't get rune on
Had the RPi on i2s with the hifiberry powered via 5v battery and dac powered via lifepo4 cell 3.3v sounded ok but not in the same league as the pc setup
But maybe partially down to the I2S dac maybe I need to try a better one as I thought the cuinas dac would have sounded better if it wasn't crackling
I had hope for the BBb with the cuinas with rune but can't get it installed

Still going to keep trying
The RPi hifiberry has serious bang for buck Sq wise

I can make you a working micro SD card with RuneAudio and send it to you.
Since I've got mine working I suppose I should be able to make a second card.
