Munich hi end show

I was half thinking of going to the Munich Hi-end show.

Dates: 10-12 May

Cost: daily ticket is €12

Aer lingus flights return flying out 10th arriving 10.45 returning 12th leaving at 20.20 €177

Hotels: €90 b&b x2 nights €180

So in reality you'd get 2 good half days plus a bit of craic for €360.


Would anyone be interested? Biggest show in Europe I think.

Ryanair airport (memmingen) is 100km away, flights are cheaper (86) but you'd have the factor in the train cost + time lost in getting there.

Would certainly be interested next year Fran, I had already booked the Scalford Show for the third year in a row so could do with a break next year.

Would love to go but not possible for me this year. I would think they are very much like any of these type of shows held in the rds except massive by comparison. They can be very hard work. Maybe scalford next year is more attainable.

Save the money Fran and put a bit more to it and get a dedicated audio pc or laptop it will give you more happiness for much longer than a few pints of german lager in an airport 100 miles from where you want to go!
