That Sansui amp is a thing of enduring beauty, They produced some gorgeous looking stuff in the seventies.

Brass Bands are all very well in their place -
outdoors and several miles away....

I could easily have brought my "schooldays" hifi into class. it even had a handle on it.

When I went to college I managed to get one of these - a "Reylonds" stereo record player made in Drogheda by Ferguson I believe.

I think a few of my mates had Amstrad or Akai but it would be a few years before real hifi was being bought. Id say I was 20 before I got my first proper hifi setup.
Vinyl -anything else is data storage.

Just bought a Sansui AU9500 of flea bay a couple of days ago.Have wanted one forever
