Sadly, she is possibly the only one of my 60 residents who I'd say has a deep appreciation of Classical Music; Renaissance & Baroque choral works being her particular favourite, however she does have R3 on all day long, and oddly has quite a thing for Benjamin Britten. She is in her late 70's, a spinster and has to use orthopaedic crutches to get around, after (I believe) a very bad car crash a few years ago.

Last week, I bought and assembled for her a wooden CD rack/ tower, so we can put her music in a reasonable order, rather than scattered throughout her flat! I'm pretty sure she'll be thrilled with this HM boxset purchase, which can take pride of place on top of the small unit!!

^^ That does look like a wonderful set. I only have very few of the recordings contained therein, but I tend to avoid 'catch all' compendiums of that type. If it's still at that price on payday I'll have a think about getting it....
