Aye. Fran, Derek and myself saw him live in the Leeson Lounge a few short years ago and he'd lost none of the amicable manic charm. I saw him a few times as Wilko Johnston's Solid Senders too (broadly similar band members!) and he left nothing on the stage behind him.
A genuine hard working no nonsense R'n'B trooper.
He's actually doing a farewell tour (no really!) and hopefully he'll include Ireland.

Something I picked up yesterday. Sounding very promising and very similar to Fahey but much looser and daring....
