Good man Adrian, it's great to see you to see that you're not afraid to experiment :) Keep them coming. Where do you buy your music from if you don't mind me asking? Boomkat?Adrian wrote:Enjoying........

Very mellow indeed, but good!!
Have you heard his stuff with Carsten Nicolai? Highly recommended :) Insen would be a good place to start....At least you do get to hear his piano skills which, incidentally, are beautifully recorded too.

Dermot, as you know I don't venture over here very often but on a recent visit to Adrian he played me some of Sakamoto's work and I was particularly impressed with his solo piano work. I am not sure but I think that this is the album that Adrian played for me....
....he will correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for that Fergus! I've heard of the CDs you mentioned and, really, I'd snap them up if they were on vinyl :) Still I could be persuaded otherwise....fergus wrote:Dermot, as you know I don't venture over here very often but on a recent visit to Adrian he played me some of Sakamoto's work and I was particularly impressed with his solo piano work. Interestingly, Adrian is beginning to dabble in the black stuff as well so perhaps in time he might even buy them on vinyl himself!!cybot wrote: Thanks for that Fergus! On vinyl....
I am not sure if this one strictly qualifies to be posted here but I am taking it as an opportunity to make another rare contribution to this thread.

Great to have you here Fergus :) I'd say that particular album gets forgotten about.....It's not bad either. Must give it a listen later. By the way does yours come with the 12" eight page photo montage and career overview on the back....fergus wrote:On vinyl....
