Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Piano Concerto No. 1, 2, 3 & 4

English Chamber Orchestra
Murray Perhia piano & conducting.

Concertos 1 to 3 are delightful whilst the Fourth is really special and is performed beautifully here by Perahia and the ECO. This morning I had the Fourth on repeat on the CDP and I listened to it several times, it is life affirming music: simply beautiful.

I have liked Minkowski's music making since I first heard it many years ago now. Coincidentally I have just recently relistened to this recording....
