^^ no my friend... it didn't come cheap. I've been desperately looking for a 2nd great set of these two works, and have had my eye on this one for ages... universal praise for it, yet the price wouldn't drop, so I sold my Mutter/ Karajan set to off set the costs... now I have (hopefully) two great, recent versions; the other being:

yes, it's excellent isn't it? It came out when I first started listening to CM seriously, and got a 5 star review from the BBC Mag... for the orchestral backing just as much as Repin & Mork... superb disk imho...
