Any chance of a clue almal? I initially thought it was either a Slits or Breeder's cover, then maybe something from the 4AD stable. All drew blanks unfortunately! Methinks a sleepless night beckons :-(

this was on the some bizzare label,
very good attempt with 4ad, wow,
you are now starting to impress me,
and typical of some of their covers when you browsed in the shops,
take a peek over your shoulder, make sure cool indie guy at counter isn't looking,
then turn the cover upside down if it makes anymore sense....no.
I remember some 4ad records had no side spine labeling, no tracklisting,
and maybe a parrots face on the label.....bamboozled!
you just knew it wasn't going to be broken wings by mister mister ;)

You were quite correct Dermot; I recognised the image the instant that I saw it but I had no clue whatever of the album title or artist!!!
