Log in problem

I'm on holidays at the moment and can't log on to the site from a computer, I get a message saying that I've exceeded my log in attempts and to confirm my login name and password. I tried this and it failed again so I thought my password was wrong and ticked forgotten password, followed the steps and waited to receive an email with a reset. Nothing arrived. Any ideas? I can login with the iPhone no problem, but it's probably costing an arm and a leg!

I had this problem in the past and it was driving me bananas. I'm not sure if it's coincidence, but it eventually fixed itself for me when I put in the password *after* doing the whole photo identification thing rather than before. You could try that. Remember you need to identify 2 pieces of photo, not just one. It'll tell you when you pass that test.

Yes, that's exactly the solution. Click the correct pictures and then go back and enter both username and password. That should do it..
