Re: wtfplay project - it's official
The only thing I noticed using wtfplay vs my BugHead is that bass was lot weaker with wtf. Is it because I was using an on-board USB vs JCAT USB card, a regular USB cable vs Supra, do not know, but I will try to make things equal the next time, did not have much time to play, but any suggestions ar...

Re: MQN
Initial view of the Singxer F-1 xmos xu208, phenomenal and it will only get better. Wow, a new era indeed. - Hi Sbgk, I've been following your development of MQN with g interest, but have not tried it for various reasons. I am saving my pennies for a Focusrite REDNET3 (ref. rb2013's F-1 thread on H...

Re: MQN
Gordon Your latest version (when also using the new rewrite version) is absolutely amazingly good. It is really mesmerising, listening to the album "Tokyo Adagio" by Charlie Haden and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, even though I had to downsample it to 44/16. I keep wondering how it might sound in it...

Re: MQN
MQn still easily holds its ground against wtfplay, also the latest 0.5.
Prefer the MQn with 44/16 against all the highres versions using wtfplay.
Are you planning to do any further developments, like highres?
That should be able to become mind boggling.
Cheers

Re: MQN
Listening to play/Loader v260/103 with rewrite v 48 vs v258/102 with rewrite v47. Quite noticable difference. v258/47 has more reverb. I prefer the less reverb of v260/48, love the clearity. Thank you again, Gordon. P.S. My recent problem with downloading your files in Firefox was due to a faulty a...

I drained the batteries by accident and they wouldn't charge again.cvrle59 wrote:Has Hugo failed, or you're switching to something else?Aleg wrote: You're making me curious. I'm DAC-less at the mo, so can 't join in with the fun.
So it is back to Chord, still under warranty though.
