I can't explain why but I felt compelled to run a blind test for the PFM cynics, the reactions are as expected but at least I feel I've done my bit. I will try my level best to leave them to it now. I need to ask how some are playing 24/192 files with 2.60. I've read that MQn places all files in a 24 bit container but I can't play hi res even it's slugged down to 44.1 by MQn - what am I missing here? The elderly 24/96 version works.
