Not sure where he ultimately wants to go with MQn. Didn't realise I could try it with any 64bit Winders, I'll be trying it soon. Looks easy enough. I wouldn't, I think, go so far as do a mass conversion to .wav, it's seems too "hands on", to be used regularly. But, then I haven't tried it...

downton abbey is more fun! Have you tried this software out Peter? I feel guilty sending you on the jplay streaming route and a few weeks later I have turned to a new model! I suppose if one looks at the PFM stuff as just taking a quick drive through a dodgy part of town and having a few skirmishes...

im not even sure the pc has to be turned on for mqn its very easy on resources yes server should work on the mini whats the model till i check did a bit of tinkering with macs too if you need help making the windows to go usb key give me a shout Hi Nigel, Was easy in the end, I just needed bootsect...

4gb works 6gb sounds better 8gb to be sure, to be sure OK, I'll be getting some more RAM, then, innit. Having a bit of a battle with windows 7 making my thumb drive bootable for Windows server, but I think I'm getting there. You have to be a bit of a nerd to go this far, must be why people like Mac...

Looking over requirements for Windows Server 2012, it sez minimum 1,4GHz 64 bit machine. My NUC is 1,1GHz dual core 64 bit, will it run ?
