Forgive my naivity, but I'm a little overwhelmed by all the different versions offered for download. I get the general principle but would appreciate a little guidance on a starting point. I'm using a Intel I3 Windows 8 laptop and Ciunas DAC. What would be the best exe and control files to begin with?

Ordered the Ciunas last Monday and it was in rural Ontario three days later. Haven't had a chance to spend a lot of time with it, thanks to an ice storm the took the power out for 36 hours.
