Recommendation for a radio engineer

Hi,

I have a couple of leak troughlines, the mono version works, the stereo version doesn't.

I'm looking to get them serviced/fixed. I know of a place in london but want to keep it local.

All suggestions welcome

thanks

Re: Full English Brexit!

An intriguing read from the Guardians Comments section: If Boris Johnson looked downbeat yesterday, that is because he realises that he has lost. Perhaps many Brexiters do not realise it yet, but they have actually lost, and it is all down to one man: David Cameron. With one fell swoop yesterday at...

Re: new member needs advice: a good, but relatively cheap,tt

Thanks Terry, you gave me to read for all this evening ;-) One hour ago I was in the hifi shop close to my house, taking a look on the second hand gear. Two interesting tts: 1) Thorens TD524, very good state, I have a suspect of arm not in the best state, at 1500/1800 euro, maybe too much but what ...

Re: Hifi-AV store in Dublin Town?

Forget about it and blame Steve Jobs(rest in peace btw) as Apple ruined everything although hypocritically I do use an Ipod in the car. All these advances in audio and video and what do we listen to and watch... skype/mobile phone footage instead of satellite on the news, mp3 and generally digitally...

Re: Hello, i am new

Bonjour, I remember that philips cd player when it was first in the shops. It was a solid piece of kit. Its interesting that you state about all the great live music here, yet lack of hifi shops. A friend of mine goes to live gigs once/twice a week and he's in his fifties, yet his audio equipment co...

Re: Interest Check: Quad ESL 989s

So so tempting, but I already have a pair of 63's and my missus hates them. I wheel them out when she's not at home. Still my backups the spendor sp2/2 are still a good listen

Re: Full System for beer money (literally)

SJB Interested in the nad. Is it infact the 4020a? It is indeed. If you want it it will be 3 x Leann Follain and I'll get it from the attic over the week-end and verify it's fully working. SJB ok. get back to me when you have tested it and i can collect over the weekend with beer in tow!
