Paranoid is an outstanding album - doubt metal would have taken off so quickly without it. Hard to say if Sabbath Bloody Sabbath really is better IMHO. Been listening a great deal to Iggy Pop's 'The Idiot' https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/9d/Iggy_Pop_-_The_Idiot.png analysed in depth her...

Fairly heavy psychedelica, enjoyable (IMO the CD bonus tracks are as good as the main album) although the narration for the story on side two is a bit dated TBH.
